Information you provide
When you email us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates, destination, group size and charter preferences. Please do not send passport, payment or other sensitive information through an initial email enquiry.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, identify suitable yachts and communicate about the requested charter. It may be shared with relevant yacht managers or operators only when necessary to prepare or confirm an option. Your email is handled by your email provider and the Ete Yachting team rather than stored through a form on this website.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, device and browser information, approximate location and how visitors navigate the site. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect access to the website. Google processes analytics information under its own Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable legal obligations, by emailing info@eteyachting.com.
